How Payment Works
1. Deposit
A deposit is required to reserve your spot and begin work. No work starts until the deposit is received.
2. Work Begins
We complete the agreed scope defined in your personalized quote and consulting agreement.
3. Final Payment
The remaining balance is due once the agreed work is completed and delivered.
After final payment: the project is considered complete. Any further changes, edits, or additions are treated as new work and require a separate quote and payment before they begin.
What This Service Does Not Include
Clear boundaries keep the engagement focused on strategy. These items fall outside the scope of Wellgrow Business Blueprint Consulting.
Recommendations may include suggested tools, contractors, or implementation steps, but the client remains responsible for evaluating and executing those recommendations.
How the Process Works

Wellgrow reviews the application, confirms the appropriate package, and may request additional information.
Payment and Agreement
Approved clients complete payment and sign the consulting agreement before work begins.

The client and consultant review the idea, goals, customer, challenges, and business direction.
Research and Development
Wellgrow organizes the available information and develops the agreed strategy deliverables.
Blueprint Delivery
The client receives the digital blueprint and any included supporting materials.
Presentation and Revisions
Applicable packages include a presentation call and defined revision period.
Implementation
The client uses the blueprint to begin implementation independently or with selected contractors.
Timelines begin after payment, agreement signature, strategy-session completion, and receipt of all requested information.
